Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your CrystalGlow lamp. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered.
90-Day Return Policy
You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at admincrystalglow@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Send us a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you — no questions asked.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item and once accepted, place a new order separately. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
